Refund/ Return Policy

If you aren't happy with your order, please contact us under returns@pretthelabel.ch. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. We only accept returns of items that are in new condition, unworn, free of any damages and with the original labels attached. Since the quantity of our products is limited, we cannot always guarantee an exchange. However, once you contact us, we make sure to find a solution together.

Note: Customers are responsible for any return costs.

The return is made on the expense and risk of the customer. No refunds or exchanges are made for items returned without any prior communication and agreement. The costs of the return shipment will be carried by the customer.

For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note:

Any duties / costs related to the return have to be born by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.
